Unconscious Drawing

Training the Hand and Eye

Writing is unconscious drawing, and if you can write you can draw.  Exercises include blind drawing.   Introduction to drawing tools.  

 

Week 2

Seeing Differently

Learn to see as an Artist

Learn the ability to see, to see objects as they really appear.   Learn the 5 basic shapes in drawing.  A in-depth look at the shadow.  Shading exercises.  Drawing Meditation.

 

Week 3

Perspective

Learn Perspective Artist Techniques 

Learn the fundamental techniques that will improve how you create art. Perspective is one of these approaches that will help you become a confident artist.  It creates the illusion of depth to make your work appear more realistic.

Week 4

Anatomy 

Learn the Face and Figure drawing

Human and ET share the same basic anatomy.  Learn how artist’s master drawing faces and figures.  Drawing by Heart exercise.

 

 

Week 5

Doodle ET

Learn how to connect with your Unconscious

Doodling stops your brain from slipping into default state.  Doodling improves your memory, makes you more creative, helps process emotions and reduces stress.

Week 6

Making Contact

Draw you ET Contact

Learn to have positive expectation.  ET contact can come in many forms and we are going to draw our own personal contact.

Each week Homework is assigned.  Each class includes a drawing meditation.  Meeting on Zoom, classes are unrecorded.
